CS S Sandeep - Managing Partner

CS S Sandeep is the founder and managing partner of S Sandeep & Associates. Sandeep has close to two decades of experience in the field of secretarial practice. He is an expert in company law and FEMA compliances and has handled secretarial audits of various listed companies over the years. Sandeep has been advising various boards on corporate secretarial and legal matters and is involved in many due diligence exercises of companies. He has been actively involved in various IPOs of companies, having guided the company's secretarial team right from early stages of being a private company to taking the company public. Sandeep is also a registered valuer and holds a certificate of registration and practice by the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India. Sandeep is a fellow member of ICSI and is a commerce graduate with an additional degree in law.

CS T Sampath Kumar - Partner

Sampath heads the secretarial audit function in our firm. Sampath is a fellow member of ICSI since the year 1989 and is also a qualified Cost & Management Accountant since 1981. He has been associated with our firm for more than a decade and is an expert on company law matters. He has handled numerous secretarial audit assignments over the last few years and advises our clients on corporate law compliances. With more than three decades of professional experience in multiple domains such as corporate finance, banking, insurance, risk management and indirect taxation, Sampath provides holistic guidance and support to the clients on the assignments he handles.

CS Rajiv Balakrishnan - Sr. Advisor

Rajiv has recently joined the firm as a Sr. Advisor. Having worked as the company secretary and compliance officer of various large, listed companies such as Mahindra Holidays, VA Tech Wabag, Biocon etc., Rajiv brings in a wealth of experience to the firm on compliances pertaining to listed companies especially on SEBI regulations and Stock Exchange related compliances. In his professional career spanning over two decades, Rajiv has been on the practice side for more than 5 years where he has spearheaded secretarial audits and due diligence exercises for various listed companies such as Federal Bank, CA Grameen Limited, Aster DM Healthcare, Manappuram Finance etc. Rajiv is also the Founder Director of Beyond Compliance Corporate Services Private Ltd, a boutique company based out of Bangalore which is specialised in providing value added services to corporates in the area of corporate law compliances. Rajiv is an independent Board Evaluator and since 2018 have spearheaded numerous board evaluation exercises independently for boards of various listed & unlisted companies. Rajiv has also been imparting familiarisation programs to independent directors on various topics such as corporate laws, governance, risks and compliances and on subjects that are relevant for today's directors. Rajiv is a fellow member of ICSI with a bachelor's degree in commerce and academic laws. He also holds a postgraduate degree in human resource management.

CS S Hari Prasad

S Hari Prasad is a Commerce graduate and a qualified Company Secretary having more than 25 years of experience in the field of corporate laws including mergers and arrangements, oppression and mismanagement. He along with Mr Sampathkumar, Partner leads the Secretarial Audit and Due Diligence verticals at S Sandeep and Associates. His detailed understanding of Law and Compliances with pragmatic approach gives the firm impetus to provide compatible solutions to the clients

CS Radha Saini

Radha Saini is a Commerce graduate and a qualified Company secretary. She is associated with the firm for more than a year and she handles secretarial matters, including corporate affairs and governance, FEMA compliances and secretarial audit. She has handled ISIN applications for various Companies.

CS Rasida Reza

Rasida is a Commerce Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary. She is also pursuing her LLB. She handles secretarial audits and various compliance related works, FEMA compliances and statutory filings.

Pawan Jhabhak

Practice in Mergers and Acquisitions for more than a decade now. Been a part of the editorial team for the Ramaiya on the Companies Act for the chapters on 230-240 of the Companies Act, 2013. Part of the editorial team of Mergers & Acquisitions by Pandian & Sridharan for two editions.

Represented / Representing leading corporate houses in key M & A transactions. Represented / Representing leading market players in the food and beverage industry on the litigation front. Extensive Core Practice and advisory on Corporate Law, Transactions, Commercial Litigation and the IBC.

Empanelled as an Arbitrator with the Madras High Court Arbitration Centre and the Madras Chamber of Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation.

Other Team Members include Commerce graduates and semi qualified Company Secretaries to support our clients in various regulatory and secretarial compliances.
